Stephen McCulloch – Private Music Tuition

I am an experienced professional vocal, guitar, bass guitar, and piano teacher currently working within the Warrandyte High School and Officer Secondary College Instrumental music programs. I provide both individual and group tuition from year 7 through to the VCE level. I am currently in my eighth year as the choir director at Warrandyte high school. I am a conscientious, positive personality with a passion for music and the ways in which it can enrich young people’s lives.

With 23 years of experience as a performer, singer/songwriter, producer, and recording artist within the Australian music industry, I can adapt these skills to further enhance my teaching content, especially when preparing students and ensembles for school concerts and community events.

  •  Teaching both groups and individuals.
  •  Currently coordinating repertoire and rehearsal schedules for guitar, vocal and piano ensembles for high school performances.
  •  Arranging technical works and compositions for group/individual VCE assessments.
  • Proven experience working successfully with both primary and secondary level students since 2000.
  • Well organized with a professional and friendly attitude. Proud to be a proactive team member for the Warrandyte high school music department.
  •  Experienced working with children and adults with learning difficulties/special needs

  •  Cert IV Music Teaching –2013 Monash University Clayton Vic
  •  Cert IV Business Management – 2005 RMIT University Bundoora Vic
  •  22 years of professional experience within the Australian music industry.
  •  Current Working with Children Check

Stephen also teaches online, so please consider this option if Launching Place is too far for you to travel.
